Sherman Chan

Sherman Chan received his Higher Diploma in Design from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1981. After graduation, he started his career in design and later co-founded the design consultant firm Form Design Group. Sherman had also studied abroad and earned his BFA (UW-Madison) degree in 1995 and MsEd degree (Bank Street/Parsons) in 1998. He was previously Sub-director & Associate Professor of the School of Arts, Macao Polytechnic Institute (1995-2002). Over the years, Sherman had participated in a number of group exhibitions in Hong Kong, Macao and Taipei.

Sherman has been a full member of HKDA since 1996. Currently he is the Principal of Hong Kong Chingying Institute of Visual Arts, Assessor of Design Business Collaboration Scheme of DesignSmart Initiative under ITC, Founding Member of Macao Digital Photography Association and Advisor of Asian Young Designers Association.


陳耀堂1981年畢業於前香港理工學院設計系、及後從事設計工作並與夥伴創立FORM DESIGN GROUP。曾赴海外進修，先後取得美國威斯康辛州立大學藝術學士(UW-Madison, 1995)及紐約Bank Street / Parsons教育碩士(1998)學位。歷任澳門理工學院藝術高等學校副校長及副教授；於1996年開始成為香港設計師協會全權會員。曾參與多個港、澳、台設計及藝術聯展。

陳氏現為香港正形設計學校校長及導師、創新科技署設計智優計劃設計業與商界合作計劃評審成員、亞洲青年設計師協會顧問及澳門數碼攝影學會創會會員。
