Francis Lee

Francis Lee is an Interior Designer, he graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he studied his undergraduate in the School of Design and later awarded a Master of Design (MDes). He started his professional career in 1987 working for a number of famous local and international architectural and interior design firms before establishing his own private practice, Francis Lee & Associates Limited and FRA Group. Within the past years, he has been responsible for many remarkable large-scale architectural and interior projects for many multi-national corporations.

Francis has volunteered generously for many design-related public service events/projects, and he is a frequent guest speaker for promote Hong Kong creative industries and improve Hong Kong design education. He is a panelist for the Applied Learning programme for Senior Secondary School of the Education Bureau (EDB) of HKSAR government, as well as Subject Specialist of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ). Francis sits on Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) since year 2000, he is a Chartered Designer of the Chartered Society of Designers UK (MCSD). Francis is a member of British Institute of Facilities Management (MBIFM) and a Professional Member of the International Facility Management Association USA (MIFMA).

李躍華先生(Francis)為室內設計師，早年畢業於香港理工大學設計學院，及後再獲得設計學碩士學位。Francis自 1987年起曾任職多間著名跨國建築設計顧問,曾負責多項國際性、中國及香港的著名大型項目。Francis後來私人執業成立Francis Lee & Associates Ltd. 隨後成立 FRA GROUP 。Francis並為集團的總裁及設計總監。

Francis致力推廣香港的創意工業及設計教育，曾為香港多間設計學院的客座講師，他現擔任政府教育局應用學習課程顧問及香港學術及職業資歷評審局的行業/學科專家。他是香港設計師協會行政執委，英國特許設計師協會會員、英國設施管理學會會員、美國國際設施管理協會專業會員。
