In recent years, Henry set up Brandworks Ltd to extend his service on Brand development in China and overseas. Help globalize local and Chinese Brands as well as assisting foreign Brands when entering China market.

Henry has over 30 years design experience and his work touched upon every
aspect of the design industry includes graphic, display, interior, product
development and promotion.

Henry Lui received his design education in Hongkong Polytechnic, the first student awarded the Henry Stainer’s Best Graphic Design Scholarship in 1975 when he was graduated; he started design unit at The Education Technology Unit in the Polytechnic before turning himself into commercial sector, worked as Art Director at the HK Hilton Hotel until 1984 when he found Rainfield Design Limited.

Henry was accredited with two significance large scale festive projects, First is to commemorate the 100th anniversary of The HKE Co. Ltd. and the major lighting design projects to commemorate the handover of HK to China. The projects received very high regards both by the public and the government.

行內有設計多面手之稱，在同一個綜合性的設計項目，利用不同範疇的設計能力，聚融合地去化解不同的設計要求。近年，雷葆文多專注發展品牌發展項目，創立”名之道顧問有限公司”致力推廣及協助國內及本地品牌全球化，亦同時引進協助有意進入中國這個龐大市場的外國品牌商。透過上述不同模式立足中國市場。

雷葆文在理工學院設計系畢業，並獲首屆石漢瑞平面設計獎學金，同年在理工學院教研中心創立之設計部工作。翌年進入國際希爾頓酒店成為設計部主管，並於1984年創立”雨田設計有限公司”。

從事設計至今30年的專業生命成長過程中，體驗及經歷各行各業不同範疇的設計、企業形象、產品品牌和視覺傳達系統等各方面。
