Jointly presented by Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Hong Kong Designers Association, organized by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum.
Hong Kong International Poster Triennial is organized in aims of establishing Hong Kong as a leading city in the world in the arena of promoting poster design. The result this year is encouraging with a record breaking 2,253 entries received from 737 designers of 46 Asia-Pacific and European countries. 249 entries were selected and will be exhibited at the Thematic Gallery of the Hong Kong Heritage Museum. Seminar of local judges and past winners will also be held after the opening ceremony, to encourage exhannge and sharing of ideas and experience.

HKDA endorses the Worldwide Logo Design Annual 2008, Wolda, the Worldwide Logo Design Annual, is the innovative graphic design awards scheme that rewards the best logos and trademarks designed throughout the world. Wolda’s mission is to promote excellence in visual communication and to provide real recognition to the people who invest their passion in this field.
Designers, agencies, studios and students from all over the world are invited to enter. For WOLDA 08, any logo printed, published or visible online between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 is eligible.
All HKDA members are entitled to a 20% discount on the entry fee and on purchase of the annual.
The winning entries will be selected by a highly innovative three-tier jury, comprising ten design professionals selected by ICOGRADA, ten marketing managers representing major international clients selected by AQUENT and finally ten members of the public, representing the ultimate target market of consumers, selected by CONSUMERS INTERNATIONAL.
