  MAKAO is a design provider & manufacturer of Luxury Packaging & POSM solutions for a wide range of world class clients in diverse sectors such as: Wine, spirits, champagne, chocolates, cosmetics etc.

  With teams based in HK, China & Europe, we design and develop high end packaging solutions and POSM products.

  PRODUCT DEVELOPER

  Coordinating with team members and partners in a cross cultural environment, you will be in charge in full autonomy of diverse clients projects:

  - Sourcing of suppliers & innovative solutions

  - Follow up and securing prototyping phase

  - Cost evaluation & negotiation

  - Ensuring quality insights

  - Following up step by step project development from early phases to production and delivery

  - Sourcing of suppliers & innovative solutions

  - Securing Deadlines & shipments

  - Regular travel to China

  Job Requirements

  - Engineering or Design background

  - Fast learner (training provided)

  - Appetite for challenge / Go getter

  - Thinking out of the box

  - Common sense

  - Responsability & Autonomy

  - Energy & communication skills

  International experience and/or educational background abroad is appreciated.

  Background in printing, or design can be a plus.

  French Speaking is a plus.
